On the iPhone and iPad, the Cloud Reader was initially designed with Safari in mind. Amazon disabled the ability to purchase ebooks in their app a few months prior to the launch of this new system, began developing Cloud Reader to circumvent these restrictions, and it was released a few months later. In addition, Apple planned to collect a 30% commission on each sale. Apple informed publishers in 2011 that they would no longer be able to direct users to their own internal payment processors and would instead process all in-app payments. Why is there a Cloud Reader? Companies like Amazon were able to facilitate payment and sell ebooks in the Kindle app when the Apple App Store first launched. Since there is no application to download, it is ideal for people to read books while at work and at school. It has the capability to read comic books, ebooks and many sorts of digital content bought from Amazon. Kindle Cloud Reader is a system where we can read ebooks in internet browser on computer, smartphone or tablet.
